Le Pavillon Villa

The one storey villa sleeps six in three bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and two twin rooms. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with shelves and clothes rail. The bathroom has modern low flush toilet, basin and full size bath with shower. Plenty of constant hot water and good shower pressure. There is a large open plan lounge with sofa and armchairs to seat 6 with views to the front over the large garden through very large picture windows and views to the rear, of the garden and other cottages. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, surface mounted mini electric oven /grill, washing machine and dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. It has all the basic crockery and cutlery. There is a dining area to seat 6 between the kitchen and lounge areas.

Outside there is a covered porch, ideal for a sit in the shade in the hot summer months. There is a large garden for games or sunbathing for the exclusive use of our villa guests. This is not enclosed, but with young children of our own, we consider it safe as long as children are supervised.  To the side is a rotary dryer. There is a gated driveway for private parking. A garden table with chairs and parasol is provided, as is a barbecue.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds each and a fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space each. These two bedrooms are adjacent to the bathroom . They are on the opposite side of the house to the master bedroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed, a set of draws and a fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. It has windows with views to the front and side.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower facility, low flush toilet and basin with plenty of hot water.

We have recently purchased the field above the villa where we are building two new properties. There is a large area of flat field which can be used by all our guests - ideal for football and other ball games.

The pool behind the cottages is for the use of our villa guests too and although not immediately adjacent to the villa is only a short (60 second) stroll down the garden or lane. The pool is completely enclosed for privacy from passers by and for security. It is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and is a real sun trap.
