area. It is a private gite in that its terrace is
surrounded by a high wall, giving some

The cottage may also suit someone who
has difficulty with stairs since it has a
downstairs single bedroom with en suite
shower room and toilet, ideal when
bringing Grandma or Grandpa. The door is
extra wide to allow wheel chair access to
the room, however we strongly advise you
speak to us first if you do require
wheelchair access to the property as
some areas may not be suitable.

area with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with
dishwasher, washing machine, microwave with
grill, gas oven with grill, 4 ring gas hob, fridge
freezer and all basic crockery and cutlery.

draws. Both single rooms have a free standing
wardrobe, shelves or draws and an armchair.

mentioned, the terrace is completely enclosed so may

The communal eating, barbecue and wood burning
pizza oven is in front of Baleine gite
